Help please, I am trying to find the Map App that works seamlessly & can embed into Squarespace website -

I need to embed a map with multiple locations and search for your local feature where customers enter their location and closest appears. I need the interface to be sexy too.

This for a farmers that will meet customers at a public location for pick-ups (they don't own those locations - they are usually community halls, schools, parks)

ideally be able to:

• customers enter their location and closest pick-up location appears
• can add information for each pick-up location 
• customisational in the sense the map can look sexy 
• no advertising

Can anyone help with actually doing this for one of our websites on squarespace for us? Just I am not a coder and don't want to risk mistakes.
