Code for customers for customers to put post/zip code & auto link to directions on Google Maps

Site URL: https://www.dive-site.co.uk/contact/ Hi I want customers to be able to input their post/zip code and click a button to 'Get Directions' like in the link above. It would take them to Google maps where the directions is auto inputted for them. Any help would be greatly appreciated! TIA
