The full menu appears if you press or start scrolling but anyway for it to always show fully when pressed?

Site URL: https://www.jessejamesmcelroy.com Hey FLATIRON the menu in itself gets cropped once I try to open it, but when I scroll its fine. its like blocked by the content. Each time I try it crops it in a different place, pictures attached. Anyway to fix it?

Site URL: https://www.jessejamesmcelroy.com The fifth index page title does not display in the right order in the gallery. The 5 and 6 titles swap positions but on mobile its fine. Anyway way to fix on desktop?
