Hello- I have a potential project where the client wants to be able to track the web visits by name and company. Currently the web analytics only show IP addresses. Does anyone know if an app or plug in that can be added to a website to track name, company, location etc...? I understand that the best way to capture leads are through a web form but this client wants to gather that information to follow up with calls/email/other communications. Has anyone used Leady.com with SquareSpace? -

I'm having similar issues but my problem is with the navigation not being responsive. I have tried to change the spacing and width of the menu and even removed items in the menu but I still get text pilled up. My website is www.holyredeemerkissimmee.org. I have attached a screenshot for your review and suggestions.

Hello, I'm wondering if there a way to auto feed a video gallery with YouTube videos. My client wants to have the videos that are uploaded into their YouTube channel to auto populate on a page in their website. Right now, I have it set up as a video gallery but it is a manual process because the person uploaded the videos to YouTube will have to copy the video link and then go into the SquareSpace website and add to the gallery. They used to have apparently this feature on a WordPress site and would like to keep that functionality but I can't think of any other way. I know you can add IG and FB feeds so I wonder if there is a similar solution for YouTube.

Text Over Image Not Showing Up In Mobile

I figured it out. For some reason the text was showing up below the image and since the font color is white I couldn't see it....Duh! -
Hi- I have images on a page that I have added hyperlinked text over them. They work fine on desktop but on mobile I can only see the image and not the hyperlinked text. Hello tuanphan,I hope you can help me with this opportunity. I have been thinking about a solution and I keep hitting a roadblock.I have a client that wants to have unique landing pages created for the different type of businesses that he represents. The landing pages will just contain small amount of text and a strong CTA such as, sign up for our newsletter, schedule a tour, watch a demo, have an agent call, download a case study- are some examples.However, he wants these landing pages to be under the same URL. For example, he's representing a healthcare company, telecom and a school...the landing pages will be structured as follow:Each landing page will be independent from each other. Therefore, the "website" will have no top nav, the pages will be hidden (only accessed when the unique url is shared) for the sole purpose of lead/demand generation.Can I do that with SquareSpace? There are other platforms that offer a solution for this project but I'm not too familiar with them such as InstaPage and Unbounced. I would like to use SquareSpace but need to know if I can do what the client is requesting. Note the only way that a prospective client will find the landing page is if my clients gives it out either in conversation, as a link to a digital ad, as part of a social media post, in an email, etc. These landing pages are not intended to be promoted publicly. They sole intention is to capture a perspective customer's information.Have you come across something like this before? Any feedback will be super super helpful. Thank you!!!

I'm trying to manage one calendar of events. The "Events" pages on SS can be a little intimidating for some people so I would like to have people update events in a platform that is more familiar to them. If I could find a way of embedding Facebook Events into a page, that will solve all the problems. Then the client will have to just update Facebook.
