Is It possible to change text size on image banner?

Hi! I am also trying to adjust text in a banner, I am sure there is code I can add, but I can't seem to get it right. I am trying to just add a registration mark that is smaller or superscript, and just specific to that character. Thanks! -

I added code for the buttons, but then realized that if I move the navigation the buttons will also move. If anyone has any code for moving the nav that wold be great. thanks!
