How do I deactivate the Member Area?

In the Members Area I see something different and don't have access to turn it off. Is it only available to the Owner? What I see is this.

Out of the blue a Member Area popped up on our site. I didn't add this to our site and would like to deactivate it, but I cannot figure out how to do that. Help please. See attached for visual of what I would like to take down. I circled the area in red.
