Help!
I currently have a client that has 2 different Squarespace websites. She is merging these two businesses, and we will be killing one of the websites and forwarding the domain to the new site (different domain and page names) and the other site that is being replaced with the new one will have essentially the same URLs. I don't believe I need to do URL redirects on the 2nd site, because I am basically just copying it on the new site, URLS are the same. Is this correct?
Secondly - For the 1st site that I am deleting, it has all different URLS/pages. My question is, do I need to close the site down first, or leave it live and forward the domain? And - Do I add URL redirects from this site on the URL mappings of the new site?
Old site 1: https://bcreativehome.com/
Old Site 2: https://www.ingoodcompany.design/ (don't need URL redirects because it's the same same?)
New site: About to launch https://dragonfly-chiton-edfc.squarespace.com pass goodsite
For old site 1, there are 3 domains leading to that site. Do I need to forward them all using domain forwarding to the new site?
