While I see that SS sends an Email for form submissions, I would personally also like it to have an internal database of these signups, in the same way that it does for orders. When you say "a huge amount of data being stored", I find it hard to imaging that minimal data in text format would result in any amount of "huge data." Would like SquareSpace to know this.
