Hello I have just designed a new website on the Looped template to replace my existing Squarespace website. I still had a year left on my current subscription - but had to cancel it in order to launch my new website www.northsidedentist.com.au I was told by Squarespace support that I would get a full refund. But nothing has come through, and when I search support it now says Im not elegible as it was past the 14 day grace period. I still want a yearly business subscription, but needed to cancel one, in order to start a new one. How can I get the refund? I have attached a record of the email sent from Squarespace support.

Thanks for resolving the issue with my fonts. Is there a way I can reduce the height of my footer? I"m using a customized newsletter sign up form - and it seems there's extra padding above it from where the sign-up form heading should be (but I don't need one). Also this new code as made the Email address text much larger than First name. How can I style the same?

Thanks Ziggy, I'm using 7.1 and can't find any option to add padding or a spacer to this element?

How can I reduce the space between my paragraph and the LISTEN button on mobile view for this web page? https://www.rooftopbar.co/listen It's fine on desktop but very large on mobile. Is there a way to have a slight gap/ bit of padding above the button and below the paragraph on the gift vouchers page on mobile? I've had to put blank text there for now.

Is there a way that I can 1. Reduce height of footer on desktop 2. REduce height of footer on mobile and have elements stacked closer together? They are very far apart from each other on mobile.
