  1. It isn't possible to have a Form deliver to multiple email addresses currently. The recommended workaround is to set up email forwarding, to send emails from Form Blocks to multiple email addresses, or, as user "geekgirlweb" said, you can set up a team email and create a group.
  2. Using an Image Block, with images that are uploaded at the same size is an important first step. Squarespace has a guide on formatting your images for display on the web that you can find here: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/206542517-Formatting-your-images-for-display-on-the-web It would seem that images that are 1500px wide will be the best bet. Personally, I like images in a 3:2 aspect ratio, which puts them at 1500px x 1000px in size. After that, you can manually resize your Blocks after you have them in place. Here is another guide on that: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/206543647-Resizing-blocks You shouldn't need to use any code to make this happen. If your images are formatting at odd sizes even after following these steps, I recommend reaching out to customer care to ask them what may be going on here.
  3. The option to add sidebars will vary by Template. Some Templates offer a sidebar only on Blog Pages, some offer a sidebar on all Pages, and some Templates offer two Sidebars (Take a look at the Template Five for this feature) There is a guide in Squarespace's Knowledge Base that covers Sidebars which you can find here
