I am currently unable to accept international payments. It seems any non-US based credit cards are being declined. At least 20 customers have been declined, most have tried the transaction 3+ times with various cards. I am using Squarespace Payments and selling digital subscriptions. This never happened before with Stripe. Does anyone have a direct contact with someone at Squarespace Payments who can help? I emailed support but they are slow to respond and have not provided a solution.

Member focused analytics is strongly needed and a big miss in the current platform! Currently, the only way I've been able to track membership flow (New members and cancellations) are via the automated emails. I have auto folders set up in my gmail to consolidate the cancellations each month. I then manually confirm this and track in a Google Sheet. It's archaic! Would also love to see basic data such as last login, number of logins, content viewed, etc. The ability to monitor this and then automatically email non-engaged members is essential!

I use Red Circle for my podcast. It's a free hosting and distribution service. They have decent analytics in the platform that show downloads per episode broken out by service (Apple, Spotify, Google, etc.). There's also a premium membership with more details.
