Maybe setting a minimum width for the page?

They do line up at a certain width (fully expanded on desktop) but when you shrink it, the are out of alignment (see second image) We want the body of this page to NOT be responsive to changing of window size so that we can have more control over what it looks like. How do we make it so the text does not wrap and move around as you change the window size? We want it to be fixed, unless on mobile where it would just use the mobile form of the website (single column). @rebeccagracedesigns thanks for the idea but when I do this, on mobile the images all come first, then the text fields. I want the text fields to stay beneath each image, so it needs to be attached to the image. Any other thoughts?

I'm currently using a gallery, which does not allow HTML within the caption. As you can see, we have a lot of text. Is there a way to enable HTML inside these containers? Is there another way to create an expandable field of text within image captions? Thank you!
