Is it possible to toggle Sold Out items instead of hiding them completely?

My website is https://rachelsamek.com/shop I know I can hide all sold out items from the site, but I was wondering if it was possible to instead include links that say "available products" and "view all." I'd like customers to be able to filter out the "sold out" items, but still have the option to view them if they want. Is this possible? Thanks for your help!:)
