To help my customers find the best meal I use the category option as a filter but when using it, it loads the age again and again. https://elgalgorestaurante.squarespace.com/es/para-llevar The filter works but every time you choose a type of meal, you have to scroll down. How can I change that? I suppose that I have to use anchors links but I don't know where to put then and make then work. Someone has an idea ? Thanks

    @jondemeo make sure you are targeting the correct form of text: h1, h2, etc. Selecting the block-ID should work. If you want to share a link, perhaps we can help with more specific advice.

    Oh yes Paul, I reported it to Squarespace as soon as I discovered it. They tried to dump it back on me telling me it was my browser/my computer/my everything but after some persistence they did admit it was at their end. I have since been chasing up every week or two. Can't think I can do much more for now. So anyone else reporting it, don't get fobbed off - its definitely at their end. Thanks

    Correct. It disables the rollover to prevent the issue, which can be unnerving for potential customers. It's only a workaround until Squarespace fix this. If you haven't already done so, I recommend that you (and others) report this to Squarespace as more reports lead to a faster resolution. Squarespace Customer Care should always be your first stop for questions about your site or account. You can reach out to them here.

    @dauray @itscjc This is a known Squarespace 7.1 issue that was reported on March 26, 2020. I provided a workaround in the Circle in early April. I've repeated it below for those who cannot access it: Add to Design > Custom CSS: .products.collection-content-wrapper .grid-item:hover .has-hover-img .grid-image-cover { opacity: 1 !important; }

    It should work. Is the site 7.1? Click the link in my signature. Click the codepen link on my page. There should be a pen called Scroll to products on cat change. See if that works. Don't forget to follow the instructions in my signature for setting up jQuery.

    That is the only place you can change the URL, The slug is the url of the page and it is in the page settings. If the page is in a portfolio/index you can only change the last part of the slug, you cannot change it to be in a different portfolio. You can change the portfolio page url and the project page will change to reflect that change. In other words change portfolio page home to work2 and the page above will change to home2/switch.

    Hi we manage a few sites, however on one domain form submission emails aren't being received. We have tried everything from white-listing domain etc we get the data sending to Google Sheets fine, however the email notification isn't coming through. Any others encountered form submission emails being blocked or not sent?

    Form submissions not being recorded

    Site URL: https://www.primrosebagel.com/ Has anyone experienced issues with form submissions where it appears that some submissions just go missing (no email, no update to google doc) but others work just fine. Customers have sent me screenshots of the thank you message after submissions but the submission appears to vanish. If it was one or two occurrences I would chalk it up to user error but this appears to be widespread when it happens but it happens somewhat irregularly.

    The workaround for this is to create a page with a Summary Block of your blog posts, instead of using the blog landing page. Summary Block thumbnails will link to the source URL you designate to the title as well.
