    @fwalsingham You should be able to change it with this: .tweak-product-item-details-show-title .ProductItem-details h1.ProductItem-details-title { font-family: 'Mint Grotesk Bold'; }

    You should look in @paul2009s product form extension which will effectively do what you’re looking to achieve. https://sf.digital/squarespace-product-enquiry-form

    Switching from 7.1 to 7.0

    There is a slight workaround that I found for getting a refund on yearly plans. If you change your billing cycle from yearly to monthly you will receive a prorated refund for the year you paid for and then be billed one month at the standard rate. Then you just need to cancel your new monthly subscription. This does mean that you effectively lose a months subscription fees but it’s better than nothing. Also most of the things that you are saying you can’t do in 7.1 are not actually a function of them not being available on 7.1 but rather the personal plan. The personal plan doesn’t include premium features such as MailChimp. https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/115015517328-Premium-features

    That confirms that the issue is as I suspected. I suggest you approach the other company to ask them when their site will be upgraded to be secure (SSL/HTTPS). When they allow https, the iframe will work. The only other alternative is to downgrade your site's security - but I recommend against doing this as it's really important for security. So important in fact, that Google actually punishes websites that don’t use https by pushing them down in the rankings.

    Hello! I'm working on my client's site on the Ready template. I'm having issues with the logo in the header (upon scrolling overlapping) over the text on the rest of the page. Is there any way to ensure the sticky header doesn't overlap the main content? Toggling the Site Styles "Header Background When Scrolled" on/off doesn't seem to help. When I chatted with Squarespace Support, I was told the issue could be because of the size of the logo. I'd like to keep the logo at its current size, though. Please note that the problem seems to only appear in Firefox. Thank you! https://www.dearhuman.pet/

    From everything I've read it looks like the move to 7.1 (and removal of specific templates in favour of design styles) means header search is now gone. Same story with the Sidebar. Both features no longer seem to be supported which is super disappointing. The irony is that the Squarespace's own sites use both of these features (header search and sidebar) heavily. They are great features, please bring them back.

    I wouldn't say it's an issue with the logo. There's what's called a "race condition" (as in two JavaScript functions racing against each other) being caused between how Firefox is loading the header content and the "SyncHeader" function in the Bureau template family. Firefox is just a little slower (possibly due to flexbox-related calculations, but I'm not sure) and so the height is being calculated too soon. This is probably fixable by recreating the gist of the function from Squarespace's own code, then running it a little later. Insert the following via sitewide Header code injection: <script> // Fix header height on init. load in Firefox. window.Squarespace.onInitialize(Y, function() { document.querySelector(".nav-close-toggle-wrapper").style.height = document.querySelector(".site-page").style.marginTop = document.querySelector(".site-header").offsetHeight + "px"; }); </script> If that doesn't fix it, try this one instead of the one above: <script> // Fix header height on init. load in Firefox. window.addEventListener('load', function () { document.querySelector(".nav-close-toggle-wrapper").style.height = document.querySelector(".site-page").style.marginTop = document.querySelector(".site-header").offsetHeight + "px"; }); </script> Let me know how that works for you. -Brandon

    Switching from 7.1 to 7.0

    Right. Well. This is where I feel like an idiot. In the past, I'd always used the '+' symbol in the top right of a page when adding content blocks. I have never once realised you could click on those lines to do the same thing. In 7.1 when the '+' disappeared from the interface I looked absolutely everywhere for a solution. Never found one, and now I know why no one else was having the same problem. That's what I get for thinking I wasn't an average user. Well that's me sorted, then. Cheers, @paul2009, for broadening my horizons considerably.

    Switching from 7.1 to 7.0

    I'm not sure what's going on there. You can definitely build pages in exactly the same way on 7.1 with content blocks.

    I want to know how to incorporate a zoom and pan/move function when you hover over an an image. Like this example: http://herner.co.uk/works/2579/

    Good workaround Brad @ThompsonWebDesign. I wasn't aware that non-Circle users could get a prorated refund.

    No. Squarespace offer a discount for committing to a year so they do not offer any refunds for early cancellation of a yearly plan. However, They will issue a full refund if you cancel within the subscription’s first 14 days. [Edit: See the post below for updated workaround]

    Custom CSS not loading properly

    Hi Paul! Thanks for the reply. 🙂 No, it's all in the custom CSS design area of the site. That site was created last Dec 2018, so not terribly new. I've been using Squarespace since 2016, so not a super long-time user but pre-7.1 era for sure. Oddly, the issue seemed to only occur that day and went back to normal the following day. I'm going to check out your guide anyway though, just in case it helps in the future. Thank you for sharing!

    Is there any news on this issue? I'm experiencing the same problem. When I contacted support via chat, they said my problem is caused by page sizes that are too large. While it's true my pages exceed the recommended sizes, that's not what is causing the problem. I can scroll galleries fine on my older ipad (ios 10.xx), desktop, and iPhone, but they are frozen on my iPad Pro running ios 13.3. What are any of you doing to address it? Is there another template that looks similar but works better?
