    Mojave Template Tagline

    Yes, you can do this in Design > Site Styles. Under HEADER: TOP, you'll need to change Center Layout to Stacked instead of Horizontal.

    Shopify or....

    Hi, I am pitching to a client who will sell apr. 10 SKU's and they are pushing Shopify over any other platform. I do like the marketing tools offered in the Shopify App Store, online marketing campaigns and integration with e.g. Google and Facebook to get more eyeballs on the product, better (?) shipping integration... etc... But they will only have 10 SKUs... not 1,000 so I am torn. Any advise? Have a great day! Roland

    I can't seem to swap templates

    It appears Squarespace started you on the new 7.1 version which does not have template switching.

    It's likely an issue with AJAX. You'll need to turn it off in Design > Site Styles. Detailed instructions by template are here: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000253288-Ajax-loading

    I had this exact same issue today and support wasn't sure either. However, I managed to figure it out! You need to select blog post title above the header. Not very intuitive. See below:

    Make images bigger in Gallery

    Hi @Ariana_Ariana I guess you can add something like this in Design > Custom CSS: /*------------standardImac---------*/ @media only screen and (min-width: 2500px) { .sqs-gallery-design-strip { height: 900px !important; } } /*-------------------4k--------------*/ @media only screen and (min-width: 3800px) { .sqs-gallery-design-strip { height: 1600px !important; } } /*-------------------5k--------------*/ @media only screen and (min-width: 5000px) { .sqs-gallery-design-strip { height: 2200px !important; } }

    Hi dbellisario, Have you tried negative values? Most likely your template has default canvas size and currently your content has no padding when it comes to canvas size but in reality it leaves a huge gap. But do try something like margin-right: -20px;margin-left: -20px; This usually does the trick. For more hassle free solution, you can try out our full-width plugins (full refund guaranteed if plugin does not suit for you): https://voxpopagency.com/products/full-width-blocks

    CSS code video background

    This plugin will get you most of the way. https://www.squarewebsites.org/products/background-videos-utils It forces the mobile fallback image to show when video is preloading on desktop. The fallback will also show on mobile. I don't think it turns the loop control off but the author of the plugin @michaeleparkour can confirm that.

    Hi there. This requires a bit of CSS and JavaScript to accomplish. Insert the following via sitewide footer code injection: <!-- Equalize Button Heights --> <style> #page-5d7e807d478b13088d7f4ee5 .button-block a { display: -webkit-box; display: -ms-flexbox; display: -webkit-flex; display: flex; -webkit-align-items: center; align-items: center; } </style> <script> window.Squarespace.onInitialize(Y, function() {(function(){var c=Array['from'](document['querySelectorAll']('#page-5d7e807d478b13088d7f4ee5\x20.button-block\x20a')),d;if(!c['length']){return;}function e(){var f=Math['max']['apply'](null,c['map'](function(g){var h,i;h=document['createRange']();h['selectNodeContents'](g['childNodes'][0x0]);i=h['getBoundingClientRect']();return i['bottom']-i['top'];}));d=c['length'];while(d--){c[d]['style']['minHeight']=f+'px';}};e();window['addEventListener']('resize',e);}());}); </script> Now that's a bit more than I'd normally do on this forum; I'd normally encourage hiring a coder/developer to solve a problem like this. But I found this particular problem interesting, and I'm curious how many others in the future will find this thread needing something similar. Do let me know how that works for you. -Brandon Note: For the sake of others looking for this question in the future, consider adding ", Equal / Same Height" to the end of the title of your post.
